We recommend a relative humidity between 55-65% to avoid cracks and twists. This is because solid wood furniture absorbs moisture and expands in high humidity conditions.

  • To avoid cracks, keep your furniture within 18-22 ° C.
  • When installing furniture in your room, avoid damp areas and damp walls.
  • Protect furniture from direct contact with high-temperature bodies such as radiators, fireplaces, or hot dishes.
  • To avoid discolouration and cracks, do not place your furniture under direct sunlight or near a heating source.
  • Solid wood furniture does not tolerate moisture; if the case when you split liquid on the surface of the furniture, immediately wipe the furniture with a dry cotton cloth.
  • Furniture with a lacquered finish may smell, but it will disappear if adequate ventilation occurs in the space the furniture is placed.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer FREE DELIVERY in England and Wales for all our products.

Depending on the distance and size, a fee will be payable for deliveries in Scotland. We will charge this fee before shipping the product.

At the moment we can deliver only to ENGLAND, WALES and SCOTLAND.

Most of our products come fully assembled but, in some instances, due to space limitations or products’ sizes, it might be necessary to deliver the products flat packed, which will require assembly.

On request, we offer assembling and installation services, which must be previous inquired, and the price will depend on the dimensions and complexity of the product. Please let us know if you require any of these services, and we will ensure that we will have a specialised team booked for this service when the delivery is made.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our estimated delivery time depends on our suppliers and can also be influenced by the logistic processes and customs checks. Please understand that our delivery timeframes are calculated, and we are dealing with the permanent changes in the global supply along with Brexit and the impact of the pandemic.

Our estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 weeks. Please note that for customised furniture, the estimated delivery date will vary. Nonetheless, we offer good faith and will fully inform you about the progress of your order.

It is essential that you can be at your home to accept the delivery. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, make sure someone over 18 is at your property and can take the delivery for you. Otherwise, you will support the costs of delivery calculated at £30+VAT per delivery plus £1+VAT/mile.

The following returns information excludes bespoke purchases of any kind and applies only to online purchases. Once you change the dimensions, colour and shape, it is considered that this is a bespoke product, and we will not accept it back. The only products we get for the return process are the ones that came with a different specification than were presented on the website at the date of purchase, the products which were delivered with other specifications than the placed order, ot the products which arrived with defects caused by poor manipulation of the product or manufacturing defects.

Please ensure you keep that in mind and surely choose the desired product. In the unfortunate event that you will have to ask for a refund and this will be accepted, we will arrange to collect our product FREE OF CHARGE.
