If you wish to cancel Your order, please get in touch with Us within 24 hours since You placed the order, and we will provide You with a 100% refund that You will receive within seven working days since you placed Your order. The following returns information excludes bespoke purchases of any kind and applies only to online purchases. Once you change the dimensions, colour and shape, it is considered that this is a bespoke product, and we will not accept it back. The only products we accept for the return process are the ones that came with a different specification than were presented on the website at the date of purchase or the products which were delivered with different specifications than the placed order.
