Once you decide to work with us, we will present you with a suitable design based on your requirements. However, we are fully flexible in changing our designs and making adjustments. Rest assured that the final product will fully satisfy your needs and look fantastic!

When the designing part is finished and the final technical measurements are taken, we can start the production phase, which may take between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the specific project.

The first step, as mentioned before, would be for us to establish initial contact and understand your needs and wants. Once we receive a part payment, we will start working on specific designs that we hope you will love. If adjustments need to be made before the items go into production, we are more than happy to do that. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction, and we want everything to be just the way you want it.

We will also take the technical measurements to double-check that everything will fit in perfectly on the second visit.

If you are happy with the final design and have all the measures taken, it is time to start production. Depending on the project, this may take between 8 to 10 weeks, but it may also take a bit longer depending on the project’s complexity. We will let you know how long it will take in your particular case.

The installation date

efore launching any project, we estimate how long the manufacturing process will take and when the project will be delivered and installed. An exact installation date will be agreed with you after the manufacturing process is complete and the products are in our London storage are ready to be delivered and installed. We can sometimes install certain items on Saturday or Sunday, so feel free to let us know which times would best suit you.

How many designs can I ask for?

We usually create only one design/project that can be modified and adjusted to meet your requirements. Sometimes, the designing process may take longer, but it’s usually recommended to spend a little more time on this phase to make sure you are delighted. If you wish to see more than one design, we can effortlessly create them for a fee.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind during the designing process, we can always make adjustments to ensure your new ideas are brought to life.

When do I pay?

To launch into production, we require a part payment once the quotation is accepted, and the rest is payable after the products are manufactured and ready to be dispatched.

How long will it take for the products to be manufactured and installed?

The manufacturing process usually takes between 8-10 weeks; however, it can take longer for more complex products. Depending on the location and workload, we require 2 to 4 extra weeks to arrange the delivery and complete the installation.
