Solid wood has a lot of advantages, but it has its shortcomings as well. Moist conditions can soften the wood, and it may become susceptible to fungus and rot. Also, warping can intervene, by swelling, shrinking, or even twisting.
We are happy to help you offer your solid wood furniture a longer life by providing an aftercare service.

Aftercare also means repairing your furniture or some of its elements if something breaks over time. We want to be sure that our products will serve you for many years to come, so we offer professional aftercare services. Therefore, it is essential to take care of the wood if you want them to have the same visual aspect.
Do not worry if you’re not quite sure about what the wood needs.
After installation, or even before that, we can tell you what can be done over time to take care of the wood to last longer. For example, a kitchen worktop may need to be oiled every six months to prolong its life, a service that is also part of our aftercare treatments.
Another situation you might find yourself in is if you scratched or damaged the wood or the finish and you would like to repair it. That is another situation where you can contact us for the Aftercare service, and we will let you know what can be done.
What about the warranty?
Our warranty covers any structural defects, internal or external.
Please note that our warranty does not include any lighting or other accessory that we do not manufacture ourselves. For these, we offer the standard manufacturer warranty.
The terms and conditions of the warranty vary depending on the products you choose and the project’s complexity. We offer up to 3 years warranty for our products, but all the details will be presented to you in person.

We offer a 1-year warranty for all our standard bespoke products, although some of our custom-made products may benefit from up to 3 years warranty.
Our warranty covers any structural and manufacturing defects, internal or external.
Please note that our warranty does not cover defects caused by improper or prolonged product use. However, the usual imperfections of the wood or changes in shape or aspect due to natural wood characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered by a warranty.

All our ironware, accessories and appliances come with a manufacturer warranty that can last up to life for some of them. Please inquire for specific details.

We can fully take care of the scratches and changes in the aspect that may appear over time. However, due to the usage of the product when not covered by warranty, this service is subject to an additional payment.
